The idea was simple enough, Create a place the whole family could come and have a good time, but a sense of community. A place where people can spend the day together, enjoying good food. good drinks, good times & good company, That's where the idea for Hangdog was born.
In September of 2022, renovations began to turn a 11,500 square foot warehouse into a one-of-a-kind destination. One where people could come to eat, drink, work and play, all under one roof.
When doors opened in June 2023, Hangdog Social boasted 2 full bars, offering both alcohol & unique Kratom infused beverages, over 30 big screen TV's for sports and special events, a game room with multiple Playstation and X-Box devices for the kids, five VR Rides, a full size golf simulator, a cyber cafe, a barbershop and salon, a cigar lounge, with foods from multiple kitchens, offering a variety of options to satisfy everyone's cravings.
For the next 18 months, we became the premier destination for birthdays, graduations, retirements, anniversaries. We hosted viewing parties for fight nights and the Super Bowl, movie screenings in our Romp Room, and live music on our stage every other week.
Unfortunately, the idea was short lived. As Hangdog quickly began to outgrow it's space, it's lease ran out. We searched for location that not only could accommodate our unique concept, but something that would allow us to grow into, but it was an uphill battle from the start.
Fast forward to today... After partnering with URME, Hangdog is back! We are currently in negotiations to purchase our own building in Rancho Cucamonga, with more than twice the square footage as our original Redlands location. With even more dining options, more entertainment than ever, and plans to add even more attractions, we're looking to make Hangdog's Rancho location a destination for people all over the state.
But Hangdog isn't looking to stop at one location! The idea has attracted so much attention, that we're not only looking to franchise all over the country, but apply the unique concept to create a full blown hotel and resort in Lake Elsinore, California. After that, we plan on scaling up our expansion, with hopes of having Hangdog destinations all over the world.
